Potential territories for expansion
Dive-Med Impex SRL aims to consolidate a solid presence at national level, with a focus on Constanța – the main seaport of Romania and center of maritime institutions, shipyards and offshore operators, as well as on the Galați and Brăila areas, relevant for shipbuilding and river operations on the Danube. The company's activity also targets Tulcea, an important hub for river transport and navigation in the Danube Delta, as well as the ports of Giurgiu and Drobeta–Turnu Severin, essential for the inland navigation and Danube ports sector.
Given the common maritime interests and consolidated trade relations in the region, the expansion primarily targets Bulgaria, through the ports of Varna and Burgas, Turkey, with the ports of Istanbul, Izmir and Samsun, as well as Georgia, through the ports of Batumi and Poti, markets with developing maritime activity and constant demand for specialized equipment and services. Selectively, depending on the stability context, the Ukrainian ports of Odessa, Reni and Izmail are also considered, where reconstruction needs generate opportunities in the field of maritime and river infrastructure.
In the medium term, expansion opportunities target Greece, one of the countries with the largest commercial fleets in the world, where there is a high demand for safety equipment and navigation solutions, as well as Serbia, characterized by intense river transport on the Danube and a constant need for equipment and services dedicated to inland navigation. At the same time, the Republic of Moldova, through access to the Danube at the port of Giurgiulesti, represents a smaller but growing market, with progressive demand for transport solutions and shipping services.
